Phil Collins would never have gotten into the Rock Hall as a solo act. Critics didn't like his solo work. But as a member of Genesis? I couldn't be happier that he's in. Peter Gabriel's solo stuff is more loved, but not Hall worthy, and now that he's in with Phil, let's never hear that his solo career is Hall worthy. And I feel the same about Sting's solo career.
