Ripped

Ripped is the title of a book that Music critic Greg Kot put out last year, and which I highly recommend.  It looks at the rise of the digital revolution and how Record companies and the RIAA tried to fight not only its consumers but the ongoing download fever.
The book speaks right to me.  I was a Napster fan 10 years ago.  But I didn't use it to download the latest hits. I used it to seek out songs that never made it to Compact discs.  Lost 45's if you will.
So, seek out this book which can be found pretty cheap.  It's a good read.
