45rpm Specialists

Listening to old Casey Kasem shows from the 70's, I'm struck by how great singles oriented artists like the Carpenters, 3 Dog Night and someone like Bread sound. That's how I remembered hearing these types of 45rpm specialists back in the 70's. They weren't album artists, for sure. Specializing in singles, Chicago is another one, was no easy feat. But hearing these acts back some 30+ years later, you too will marvel at how great their best singles were.
