Malcom McLaren

Elvis had the Colonel, the Beatles had Brain Epstein. And Punk had Malcom McLaren. Sure he was the manager of the Sex Pistols. But unlike those other 2 managers, McLaren's name instantly conjures up images of English Punk. You can't say that with the Colonel. You don't think of Rock and Roll when his name is mentioned. And Epstein won't make you think British Invasion.
This was McLaren's legacy, for me at least, more so than managing the Pistols.
