More Random Hall Thoughts

This is the craziest Rock Hall ballot in years. Of the 12, 7 are excellent. For me these are:
Abba, Genesis, Kiss, LL Cool J, Hollies, Stooges and Donna Summer

Then there are the other 5.  But my guess is that at least one of these will get in this year. These are:
Chantels, Darlene Love, Jimmy Cliff, Laura Nyro. As for the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Let's just say my enthusiasm for them is mild. I'd prefer Bon Jovi. Who are just as popular and have better songs. But the Peppers got better reviews. Heck, I'd even prefer the Beastie Boys. Who were more innovative and also made better records.
