Always have to chuckle at people who say they don't care about the Rock Hall, and yet feel free to spout their opinions about it. This happened right after the Inductees were announced. Facebook was screaming with comments, and a bunch were from people said that same thing.
On another note, while boomers weren't happy with the Beasties or Peppers, even Guns, I didn't sense the usual snark from the 80's generation. It was a big class for that era, right?
One side note: not one R&B based act inducted this year (I'm including War as an R&B act sense they charted many Soul hits). No one can say the choices weren't good. I wonder how many R&B based writers get a ballot. I'm thinking not many.
